The Institute for Technology Development is a non-profit organization. Our operations are based on a combination of funding and in-kind support from industry, government, and academia.

North American industrial partners seeking to develop hyperspectral technology in their discipline are encouraged to contact us to discuss how we might help you. All pertinent information discussed will be subject to the terms of a nondisclosure agreement signed prior to any serious information exchange. Industry seeking the development of hyperspectral technology can benefit from working with ITD in several ways, including:

• Leverage of government agency dollars
• ITD expertise
• Recognition of participation in government program

By combining industry monies with government funding, we are able to enhance our capabilities over single source funding. In addition, by being located at a government facility, we are able to utilize government resources. That ability, coupled with ITD's experience in hyperspectral system development, image acquisition, and image processing, places us in a unique position to make new scientific discoveries. And finally, you may be able to use your participation in a government funded program to your advertising advantage.
